Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy
- Orders are shipped within 10–14 business days. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
- What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an item. It must be unused and in the original packaging.
- What can’t be returned?
We do not accept returns on:
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Personal care or intimate items
• Perishable goods
- How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method.
- Do you refund sale items?
No. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
- Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at shop@pathway365.com to request an exchange.
- What if the item was a gift?
If marked as a gift, you’ll get store credit. If not, the refund goes to the original buyer.
- Where do I return my item?
Return it to the facility it shipped from.

- Do I pay return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
